Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager

About the role

New Incentives is expanding its All Babies program, which provides cash incentives to caregivers for completing Nigeria’s routine immunization schedule. The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager will lead the analysis of health‑facility data, produce regular impact reports, and ensure high‑quality monitoring across the six target states.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze statistical data from health facilities in Jigawa, Taraba, Adamawa, Bauchi, Gombe, and Yobe.
• Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc statistical reports for program monitoring.
• Supervise and guide enumerator teams during field surveys.
• Collaborate with research partners to develop ongoing impact‑monitoring frameworks.
• Identify data‑collection gaps, recommend program adjustments, and ensure data completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular visits to health facilities to assess timeliness and quality of reporting.
• Maintain and update New Incentives’ comprehensive data tools and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Residency in, and extensive knowledge of, the six target states, including terrain and security conditions.
• Experience in monitoring and evaluation for health or development programs.
• Ability to work under the supervision of the Operations Coordinator and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to data quality.
