Mission Driver – Church Transportation

About the role

The Mission Driver provides professional, safe, and secure transportation services for missionaries, mission leaders, visitors, and church personnel. This full‑time position supports the logistical needs of the mission by moving people, supplies, and equipment throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe driving services for missionaries, mission leaders, and visitors.
• Transport missionary supplies, packages, and materials while verifying goods against shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logs and up‑to‑date vehicle records.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance, fault troubleshooting, and regular inspections.
• Load and unload mission vehicles and assist with errands as directed.
• Offer traffic precautions, emergency roadside repairs, and other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter‑day Saints and temple‑worthy.
• Minimum senior high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class C (or higher) driver’s license.
• Three to five years of driving experience with a clean record.
• Basic knowledge of auto mechanics and electronics.
• Safety‑mindset, high confidentiality, and professional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, use GPS devices, and operate Microsoft Office, internet, and wireless communications.
• Availability for occasional weekends and night shifts.
