Medical Marketing Manager

About the role

The Medical Marketing Manager will lead sales, marketing and strategic initiatives for medical workplace and project solutions, driving sustainable business growth while building strong client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve volume and margin targets for priority products across relevant franchises.
• Develop and retain new customers for designated product areas.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and conversion activities.
• Define market segments and product positioning for priority products.
• Manage sales funnel and conversion processes.
• Plan and execute field marketing activities, presentations and discussions to support the sales team.
• Lead, train and motivate Segment Managers and Sales Specialists to meet targets.
• Develop deep product knowledge of franchise and competitor offerings.
• Create and implement strategic marketing plans for priority products.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide detailed product information.
• Manage OEM partner relationships, forecast orders and report performance.
• Deliver formal presentations to physicians, allied health and administrative customers highlighting clinical and financial benefits of electrometrical products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or biological science (preferred but not mandatory).
• At least 10 years of sales, business or marketing leadership experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and maintain a minimum of 70% field presence.
