Marketing Manager – Retail, Medical & Digital

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead retail, medical and digital marketing initiatives for the Bioderma brand across Nigeria. Reporting to the distributor partner Nigermed, you will drive brand growth, increase market share and ensure flawless execution across all consumer and healthcare professional touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end retail marketing agenda, including annual planning, promotional calendar, shopper strategy and in‑store execution across pharmacy and retail channels.
• Develop and execute medical marketing strategies to engage dermatologists and healthcare professionals through scientific communication, field support tools and medical education programmes.
• Manage digital marketing activities such as social media, e‑commerce, influencer collaborations and online growth strategies.
• Coordinate product launches, toolkits, brand guidelines and marketing collateral.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and campaign performance to optimise ROI.
• Collaborate closely with sales, finance, training, distributors, agencies and other external partners.
• Oversee marketing budget allocation, spend optimisation and financial tracking in line with governance standards.
• Drive innovation in retail, medical and digital activations to enhance brand differentiation.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in a multinational dermocosmetics or FMCG company.
• Strong background in brand management, retail and digital activation.
• Strategic yet hands‑on mindset with analytical, creative and results‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
