Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth for a real‑estate company in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve performance targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and increase brand visibility.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and periodic performance reports for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and client retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 4 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, including 2 years in a managerial role.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, business development and relationship management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
