About the role
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for Bedrock Residences Limited, a hospitality brand in Lagos. The role focuses on driving customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth across both digital and offline channels.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead multi‑channel campaigns, including social media, SEO, paid advertising and traditional media.
- Manage the day‑to‑day execution of digital marketing activities.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and market relevance.
Required profile
- BSc degree in a related field.
- Minimum six years of progressive marketing experience.
- Senior‑level expertise with a proven track record of delivering growth.
