Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s outreach and drive qualified traffic to our services. The role involves planning, executing and optimizing multi‑channel campaigns that blend organic and paid tactics. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to boost our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive qualified traffic.
• Design, launch and manage end‑to‑end campaigns across content, PPC, events, social media and lead generation.
• Create engaging website and blog content that attracts and converts target audiences.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with agencies, vendors and industry players.
• Prepare, monitor and allocate the quarterly and annual marketing budget.
• Oversee production and approval of marketing collateral, both digital and print.
• Measure, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Analyse consumer behaviour and optimise email and advertising initiatives accordingly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing with a strong learning attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to identify target audiences and craft cross‑channel campaigns.
• Comfortable working with numbers, interpreting metrics and using spreadsheets for analysis.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and copywriting skills.
• Up‑to‑date with latest online marketing trends and measurement best practices.
