Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for NEIMETH's ethical, OTC and consumer healthcare brands. Reporting to senior leadership, the role focuses on driving brand growth, market expansion and product launches across therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and long‑term marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive marketing plans, product launch strategies and identify emerging healthcare trends.
• Manage brand positioning, life‑cycle monitoring and profitability for assigned brands.
• Conduct market research, analyse pricing dynamics and generate actionable business intelligence.
• Lead new product introductions, coordinate launches and prepare forecasts with Sales and Supply Chain.
• Support the Sales team with promotional materials, training sessions and performance evaluation.
• Oversee integrated marketing communications across traditional and digital channels, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors and key opinion leaders.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with a minimum of 8 years (96 months) experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and product launch strategies.
• Strong analytical ability to translate market research into business decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with sales, supply chain and external stakeholders.
