Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to join our construction team in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping all building systems, equipment, and facilities operating efficiently, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and air‑conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve faults in equipment, generators, and utility systems.
• Inspect office equipment and building infrastructure regularly.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Maintain HVAC and air‑conditioning units, and perform basic plumbing repairs and installations.
• Keep accurate maintenance logs and report technical issues.
• Support emergency repairs when required and follow all health, safety, and technical procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• A degree in a related technical field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
