About the role

The Logistics & Distribution Lead for the POS supply chain is a strategic, data‑driven position responsible for end‑to‑end movement of over four million POS terminals. You will oversee international shipments, domestic distribution, reverse logistics, and lead a dedicated logistics team to ensure cost‑effective and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• International Shipment Management: supervise shipments from China via third‑party freight forwarders, enforce a 60‑day sea‑shipping TAT, and minimize air‑shipping.
• Procurement & Cost Efficiency: run freight‑rate bidding, collaborate with the Partnerships team, and manage local logistics partners.
• Domestic Distribution & Network Management: coordinate handover from the central warehouse to the distribution network and oversee mid‑mile and last‑mile delivery to service centres.
• Faulty Device Reverse Logistics: remove defective devices within 7 working days and redeploy repaired terminals promptly.
• Team Leadership & Operational Excellence: set performance goals, track TAT, and continuously improve supply‑chain processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5‑7 years of logistics or supply‑chain experience, including at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Proven expertise in international freight, third‑party logistics, and last‑mile distribution.
• Hands‑on experience with reverse logistics.
• Strong negotiation and vendor‑management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
