About the role

The Lab Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting physics practical classes by ensuring that the laboratory environment is fully prepared and safe for student use. Key duties include preparing all necessary equipment ahead of scheduled experiments, maintaining cleanliness of the lab space, and arranging apparatus in their correct locations. In addition, the Lab Assistant monitors the laboratory during sessions, providing guidance and assistance to students as they conduct their experiments. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and offers competitive remuneration for qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

Prepare equipment for upcoming lab experiments.
Clean and maintain the laboratory and its equipment.
Arrange apparatus in their proper place.
Assist and look after students during practical classes.
