Human Resources Officer

About the role

Landover Company is seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Officer to join its team in Marina, Lagos. This entry‑level position offers the chance to support HR operations across the automotive and aviation sectors while developing core HR competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Administer pension schemes and employee benefits, including health insurance.
• Handle staff welfare matters and respond to personnel requests.
• Organise training sessions, onboarding activities and staff development programmes.
• Monitor attendance, performance records and assist line managers with HR advice.
• Provide guidance on employment law, company policies and procedures.
• Review and improve HR systems and processes across departments.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or HND in any discipline with at least a second class lower grade.
• Age between 22 and 28 years.
• WAEC certificate with minimum five credits, including Mathematics and English.
• Completed NYSC programme; CIPM or CIPD certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
