About the role
The HR Officer will support Vgn Network’s hospitality operations in Lagos by managing recruitment, employee relations and HR administration. This role ensures HR processes align with business objectives and comply with local labour regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Administer HR policies, procedures and ensure compliance with labour laws.
- Handle employee relations and provide timely resolution to workplace issues.
- Oversee performance management and coordinate training initiatives.
- Process payroll inputs, monitor attendance and maintain HR records.
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
