About the role
The Guest Environment Expert ensures that every area of the hotel is clean, well‑maintained, and ready to deliver a memorable guest experience. Working on the hotel floor, you will handle room turnover, public‑area upkeep, and guest requests with a focus on safety and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring overall room readiness.
- Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
- Respond promptly to guest service requests and restock housekeeping carts.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and company policies while performing duties.
- Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks safely.
- Commitment to confidentiality, uniform standards, and professional communication.
- Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed in a hotel environment.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required; physical stamina and reliability are essential.
