HoReCa, Ecommerce and Events Ambassador

About the role

Monument Distillers Nigeria is hiring a HoReCa, Ecommerce and Events Ambassador for its Commercial team in Lagos. The role drives the brand footprint across three pillars: HoReCa, e-commerce and events. It is based in Victoria Island, Lagos, with a hybrid and field-based arrangement, reporting to the Head of Modern Trade.

Key responsibilities

• HoReCa: grow and maintain the Lagos outlet base, focusing on Victoria Island; build key relationships; secure menu listings; and lead hands-on waiter and bartender training sessions.
• E-commerce: ensure brand-aligned product visuals, accurate pricing and strategic promotions across all e-commerce platforms.
• Events: identify high-impact opportunities, source event partners, manage end-to-end on-site execution from setup to teardown, and analyse post-event ROI.

Required profile

• A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong commercial and brand-focused mindset.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Creative problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail.
• Flexibility for a fast-paced role: at least 3 days a week in the trade, 1-2 days in the office, and occasional weekend or evening event work.
