Hirel Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Hirel Operator to join Littelfuse’s production line. The role focuses on manual assembly, quality checks and ensuring traceability of electronic connector components.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect spare parts according to ESCC requirements.
• Perform manual assembly of components for connector manufacturing.
• Verify homogeneity of printed board assemblies (PBA).
• Solder light modules onto PBAs.
• Conduct electrical tests on connectors.
• Maintain production quality and traceability records.
• Stop production when quality, safety or environmental issues arise.
• Validate conformity of parts and finished products against ESCC standards.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and ability to follow strict quality standards.
• Capability to work on a production floor and handle manual tasks.
• Understanding of basic electronics and safety procedures.
