Head, Lifestyle Management (Private Banking)

About the role

Access Bank is looking for a Head, Lifestyle Management (Private Banking) based in Lagos, within its Retail Banking department. The role coordinates and oversees bespoke lifestyle management services for Private Banking clients through strategic partnerships, concierge services and high-impact client engagement initiatives that improve client experience, satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy lifestyle products and maintain an engagement process that promotes client loyalty.
• Ensure brand representation and standards meet tier-client expectations and corporate goals.
• Custodian of the private client database, strategic partnerships and lifestyle-management products and services, ensuring requests follow the service guide.
• Oversee the Group's marketing budget and the Group's budget (with Group Head approval for expenditures).
• Design and oversee lifestyle-management process flows and deploy business-development strategies aligned with client-acquisition goals.
• Create glitch-free onboarding and client-request processing.

Required profile

• First degree in any business-related discipline.
• Relevant professional certification.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in banking.

• Lifestyle product and service management and client relationship management.
• Partnership and stakeholder management, business development and event planning and execution.
• Vendor sourcing and negotiation.
• Excellent customer service orientation, communication and interpersonal skills, professionalism and discretion, attention to detail.
