About the role

Elara Haus is seeking a talented Hairstylist to join its salon team in Lagos Marina. You will work directly with clients to deliver personalized hair care, styling, and treatment services in a vibrant, fashion‑forward environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and style preferences.
• Wash, condition, cut, trim and style hair according to client requests.
• Perform hair treatments such as relaxing, coloring, tinting, perming and deep conditioning.
• Install and maintain wigs, weaves, braids, twists and other protective hairstyles.
• Recommend suitable hair care products and maintenance routines.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation and tools.
• Stay updated on current hairstyle trends, techniques and beauty products.
• Manage appointments and keep accurate client records.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Hairdressing or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar salon role.
• Strong attention to health, safety and salon policies.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality service in a fast‑paced environment.
