Growth and Revenue Manager

About the role

Tuteria is looking for a data‑driven Growth and Revenue Manager to own end‑to‑end revenue generation. You will act like a founder, shaping strategy, executing campaigns and leading a small high‑performing team to accelerate user acquisition, conversion and retention across both learner and tutor segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue growth strategies across local and international business units, including pricing, bundling and upsell models.
• Own all paid and organic acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, referrals, influencer, affiliate, partnerships) and scale the lead‑to‑customer funnel.
• Conduct funnel and behavior analysis to improve conversion rates, working with product and sales on landing pages, onboarding journeys and sales scripts.
• Design and run reactivation, loyalty and churn‑reduction campaigns to increase lifetime value.
• Build a structured testing pipeline (A/B, multivariate) and maintain performance dashboards for marketing, revenue and product analytics.
• Establish and manage channel partnerships with schools, education platforms, NGOs and test‑prep centres, negotiating affiliate and bulk‑user deals.
• Lead a small growth team, set OKRs/KPIs and foster cross‑functional alignment with product, content, sales, marketing and engineering.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 5 years of experience in growth, revenue or performance marketing.
• Founder‑mindset: proactive, data‑obsessed and comfortable making decisions with limited information.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret customer behavior and translate insights into actionable campaigns.
