Group Head of Marketing & Corporate Communications

About the role

The Group Head of Marketing & Corporate Communications will lead the development and execution of a unified brand, marketing and communication strategy for Bridgemead Advisory and its subsidiaries. This senior role drives brand positioning, lead generation and stakeholder engagement across the construction, infrastructure, government and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Group’s brand, marketing and corporate communication strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all subsidiaries.
• Design and run integrated B2B marketing campaigns to generate leads, raise product awareness and support sales growth.
• Lead internal and external communications, including corporate announcements, annual reports, ESG and investor communications, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage media relations, public relations, executive profiling, press releases, interviews and thought‑leadership activities.
• Oversee digital communications such as the corporate website, social media, digital campaigns, online reputation management and brand sentiment monitoring.
• Plan and coordinate industry conferences, trade exhibitions, government engagements, investor events and other strategic stakeholder activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field; MBA or master’s degree is an advantage.
• 10‑15 years of experience in corporate communications, industrial marketing, brand management or public relations within manufacturing, industrial organisations, large corporations or PR agencies.
