About the role
The Group Chief Executive Officer will lead Hazoria Limited’s diversified manufacturing businesses, setting strategy, driving growth and delivering value for shareholders.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall business strategy, value‑creation plan and capital allocation across multiple manufacturing segments.
- Take accountability for revenue, EBITDA, cash generation and working‑capital performance, driving cost optimisation and margin improvement.
- Provide operational leadership to improve plant utilisation, production efficiency and supply‑chain performance.
- Lead commercial growth initiatives, customer acquisition, market expansion and pricing discipline.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in private‑equity‑backed or investment‑owned companies with a proven record of transforming portfolio businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to improve EBITDA, optimise working capital and strengthen governance.
- Strong commercial and operational leadership across diversified manufacturing operations.
