Graduate Trainee

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Trainee to join our team in Lagos. This entry‑level position offers exposure to multiple departments, allowing you to develop a solid foundation in sales, customer service and operational support while participating in our structured training programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Support various departments and team members in day‑to‑day activities.
• Assist with administrative, operational, customer service and sales tasks as assigned.
• Participate actively in company training and development programmes.
• Learn and understand company processes, policies, products and systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental and company objectives.

Required profile

• Female candidate residing in Lagos.
• Bachelor's degree or HND with at least a Second Class Upper (2:1) or equivalent.
• 0–less than 1 year of work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Hardworking, responsible, proactive and eager to grow professionally.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
