Golang Open Source Contributor (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Golang Open Source Contributor to join our remote team and help deliver production‑quality code to open‑source repositories that support our client projects. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing algorithms across multiple languages while collaborating with a global community of contributors.

Key responsibilities

• Write, review, and document production‑grade code for open‑source projects.
• Design and optimize complex algorithms and system components using languages such as Go, C++, Python, Java, TypeScript, or Rust.
• Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and technical challenges in existing codebases.
• Collaborate with other contributors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and best practices.
• Maintain and enhance technical documentation to aid knowledge sharing and onboarding.
• Participate in code discussions, providing constructive feedback to improve overall code quality.

Required profile

• Previous experience working on large‑scale, distributed codebases.
• Familiarity with modern AI or machine‑learning systems is a plus.
• Strong background in rigorous code reviews and software best practices.
