About the role

Join Heineken’s Global Graduate Program in Finance and embark on a three‑year rotational journey designed to fast‑track your career. You will rotate through three six‑month assignments, gaining deep functional expertise and a global perspective before stepping into a management position.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a six‑month finance rotation within Heineken’s Nigerian operating company, learning core financial processes and business strategy.
• Undertake a cross‑functional assignment in Nigeria to broaden understanding of inter‑departmental collaboration.
• Participate in an international rotation to develop a global mindset and cultural adaptability.
• Lead finance‑related projects that support performance optimisation and risk management.
• Contribute to strategic financial analysis and decision‑making across the business.
