About the role

The Game Support Specialist provides frontline assistance to players, ensuring a smooth and secure gaming experience. This entry‑level position works closely with account managers and supervisors to maintain data confidentiality and resolve basic game‑related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with account managers to optimise workflows and improve productivity.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of player data and personal information.
• Never use unauthorised tools to manipulate player data; ensure data security at all times.
• Follow standardised procedures to complete tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Contribute to team efforts in designing efficient gameplay strategies and sharing best practices.
• Assist in verifying player information and resolving basic game‑related issues.
• Collect in‑game resources and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Required profile

• Passion for gaming, preferably with experience in mobile or PC games.
• Enthusiasm for innovation and technology.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to handle tasks beyond assigned duties.
• Basic English proficiency (school‑level acceptable).
• Ability to tolerate prolonged use of tablets or mobile gaming sessions.
