About the role
Kahera Country Club is seeking a dedicated Cook to join its on‑site culinary team in Abuja. This full‑time position involves preparing and presenting a variety of high‑quality dishes that meet the club’s standards for taste, presentation, and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and plate diverse menu items according to established recipes.
- Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene protocols.
- Organise the kitchen workspace for efficiency and cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation.
- Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen or hospitality setting.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
