Front Desk Officer

About the role

The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our Lagos office. You will handle inquiries, manage service requests, and ensure the front‑desk area remains organized and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to customer concerns, answer questions and provide information about our services.
• Follow communication guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Recommend appropriate services based on customer needs.
• Sort and tag laundry articles by fabric, colour, cleaning technique or dirt level.
• Weigh items, generate accurate invoices and record customer details.
• Track pick‑up times and ensure timely delivery.
• Inform customers of promotions, price updates, discounts and bonuses.
• Maintain a clean and presentable front‑desk environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a front‑desk or customer‑service role.
• HND or BSc in a relevant field.
• Must be 28 years old and reside in Abraham Adesanya Axis.
• Availability to work Monday‑Saturday 8 AM‑8 PM and Sunday 8 AM‑11 AM.
• Ability to lift up to 10 kg and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
