Field Sales Representative – Process Technology (Nigeria)

About the role

IKA is looking for an experienced Field Sales Representative to join its Process Technology team in Nigeria. You will act as the primary local contact for customers and channel partners, driving sales and expanding market share for IKA’s processing solutions across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers and channel partners, presenting IKA Process solutions.
• Identify, qualify, and grow a pipeline of sales leads in targeted industries.
• Close sales deals, achieve revenue KPIs, and keep the CRM system up‑to‑date.
• Support local partners with brand promotion, exhibitions, workshops, trials and training.
• Respond to inquiries, provide product feedback, and prepare regular sales reports for management.

Required profile

• Diploma in a technical or science‑related field.
• Minimum 1 year proven experience in technical sales.
• Basic understanding of IKA processing technology and West African manufacturing industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and ability to work independently.
• Valid driving licence and own car are desirable.
