Field Sales Agent

About the role

Renmoney is seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Agents to expand its financial product reach across Lagos. In this role you will prospect, engage and convert potential customers, promoting loans, savings and fixed‑deposit solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients through prospecting and lead generation.
• Present Renmoney’s financial products in face‑to‑face meetings.
• Communicate the value proposition clearly and answer client queries.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Provide ongoing customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product updates.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification in any discipline.
• Strong interest in sales and customer relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
