Field Marketer

About the role

Swift Consulting is seeking a proactive Field Marketer to promote its loan products across Lagos. You will engage directly with prospective customers, explain product details, and guide them through the application process.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and market loan products to prospective customers through direct marketing, referrals, networking, social media, and field sales activities.
• Explain loan eligibility, terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
• Assist customers with loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is collected.
• Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into successful loan applications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve sales, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and applications.
• Provide professional representation of the company during field activities.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Business Administration or Marketing.
• 2‑4 years of experience in direct sales, marketing, loan services, micro‑finance, or banking.
• Proven ability to meet sales and acquisition targets.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, target‑oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to conduct field sales and customer acquisition activities.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
