Facility Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Facility Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operation of our commercial building in Lagos. The role involves coordinating service providers, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and operation of facilities within the commercial building.
• Manage service providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and utility consumption.
• Prepare and submit timely management reports on facility operations.
• Respond promptly to facility‑related issues and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and internal teams.
• Monitor and control facility budgets and cost‑effectiveness of services.

Required profile

• Ability to keep accurate records.
• Ability to prepare management reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good human relations and teamwork orientation.
• Knowledge of basic facilities in a commercial building.
• Understanding of service charge administration.
