Facility Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Facility Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of Alaro City’s facility projects. The role ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget and to the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, budget, timeline and resources.
• Lead procurement of contractors, vendors and materials, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Create and monitor project budgets, approve invoices and manage payments.
• Communicate progress, risks and changes to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors and contractors, overseeing their work for quality and contractual compliance.
• Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs and emergency facility interventions.
• Maintain documentation to meet health, safety and environmental requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing facility or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control and procurement processes.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of local safety regulations and environmental compliance.
