Experienced Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Officer to join Excellium in Lagos. The role focuses on planning, executing and optimizing digital campaigns that generate qualified leads and boost brand awareness across Nigeria and other African markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta and other platforms.
• Manage and optimise the company website for SEO and user experience.
• Create and publish content such as blogs, case studies, newsletters, videos and social posts.
• Lead generation for ERP, CRM, HRMS, Payroll and related business solutions.
• Oversee social media accounts and grow engagement on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and marketing automation tools.
• Generate and nurture marketing‑qualified leads and collaborate with sales to improve conversion.
• Optimise landing pages and campaigns to increase click‑through and conversion rates.
• Coordinate webinars, product launches, online events and customer success stories.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on traffic, lead generation, ROI and key marketing KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, ERP, CRM or enterprise technology.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email, content and social media marketing.
