Entry-Level Quantity Surveyor (NYSC 2026)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. This is an entry‑level position designed for a 2026 NYSC corper eager to develop practical cost‑management skills under senior supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing basic cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and feasibility studies.
• Support senior Quantity Surveyors in monitoring project budgets and preparing simple cost reports.
• Participate in site measurements and valuations under supervision.
• Help with tender preparation, evaluation and contract documentation.
• Maintain accurate project records and files.
• Learn and apply industry‑standard Quantity Surveyor software and tools.

Required profile

• B.Sc/HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Currently serving NYSC (Corper) in 2026.
• Basic knowledge of measurement and cost‑management principles.
• Strong willingness to learn and take guidance from senior staff.
• Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
