Digital Tech Pack Developer (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Tech Pack Developer to create complete technical packages for our garment collections. The role is contract‑based and based in Lagos, Marina, supporting our fashion and retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Produce full tech packs including flat sketches (front, back, side), fabric and trim specs, stitching and finishing details.
• Develop measurement charts, size grading, and label/packaging instructions.
• Collaborate with digital illustrators and pattern makers to ensure design visuals match technical specifications.
• Translate client requirements into factory‑ready documentation and maintain a library of standard templates.
• Communicate with production supervisors during sampling and bulk production to clarify technical details.
• Update and refine tech packs based on feedback from clients or production teams.

Required profile

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Fashion Design, Textile Technology or a related discipline.
• At least two years of experience as a Tech Pack Developer, Pattern Technician or technically‑focused Fashion Designer.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics and production processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
