Digital Pattern Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Pattern Developer to join our design team in Lagos. The role focuses on converting fashion sketches and tech packs into accurate digital garment patterns ready for production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop digital garment patterns from sketches, designs, or tech packs using industry‑standard software.
• Create size ranges (grading) to accommodate diverse body measurements.
• Ensure patterns comply with construction and fit standards and maintain a reusable digital library.
• Collaborate with sample makers to test, refine, and adjust patterns before bulk production.
• Work closely with the Tech Pack Developer to align specifications with production feasibility.
• Provide guidance to cutters on interpreting and applying digital patterns.

Required profile

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, Textile Technology or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in pattern making, with a strong focus on digital pattern development.
• Portfolio of digital patterns is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in digital pattern‑making software such as CLO3D, Optitex, Gerber, or TUKAcad.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fitting, and grading.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solving ability and capacity to meet tight deadlines.
