Digital & Media Executive

About the role

Our client, a leading agribusiness company, seeks a Digital & Media Executive to manage social media and digital platforms, strengthen brand visibility, and support product adoption through data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with appointed digital agencies to develop and execute social media strategies aligned with key crops, growing seasons, and marketing objectives.
• Coordinate the creation, scheduling, and publishing of targeted content across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor audience engagement, platform performance, and competitor activities to optimize content and campaign effectiveness.
• Build and manage online communities by responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and maintain a positive brand image across all digital platforms.
• Review and analyze digital performance reports from agencies and internal tools.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and present summarized digital performance updates to the Head of Marketing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least a Second Class Upper (2:1).
• 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and SEO fundamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data and generate insights.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of agriculture, crop production, or agri‑business marketing is an added advantage.
