About the role

Stride Recruitment Limited is looking for a proactive Digital Marketer to join its Lagos office. You will drive the company’s online presence, create engaging content, and use data‑driven insights to optimise campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts on major platforms.
• Create, schedule and publish compelling content.
• Monitor online engagement and analyse campaign performance using web analytics tools.
• Develop and execute online marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.

Required profile

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in digital and online marketing.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lagos and thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
