Digital Campaign Specialist

About the role

The Digital Campaign Specialist will join Omni’s Lagos office to design, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns that drive growth across the company’s ecosystem. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on aligning campaign performance with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic campaign plans for multiple digital platforms.
• Execute, monitor and optimise campaigns to meet performance targets.
• Analyse key metrics, generate insights and report outcomes to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign success.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital, lifecycle or growth marketing.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end campaign cycles.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with engagement platforms such as Insider, CleverTap and MoEngage.
• Proficiency in digital campaign planning, execution and analysis.
