About the role

Dental Plus is a growing multi‑branch dental practice seeking a competent, ethical and patient‑focused dentist to join its clinical team. The role involves hands‑on patient care from consultation through diagnosis, treatment, documentation and follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations, obtain medical histories and perform investigations to establish accurate diagnoses.
• Prepare evidence‑based treatment plans, explain options, risks and costs to patients and obtain informed consent.
• Deliver safe, ethical dental treatment within your competence, maintain complete clinical records and provide post‑treatment instructions.
• Coordinate with dental assistants, front‑desk staff, CRM and clinical management to ensure treatment completion, recalls and continuity of care.
• Prepare and monitor laboratory cases, referrals and external clinical work, and respond appropriately to complications or medical emergencies.

Required profile

• BDS or equivalent recognised dental qualification with current MDCN registration and a valid practising licence.
• Completion of required housemanship and relevant statutory requirements.
• Relevant clinical experience, sound clinical judgement and strong commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent communication, patient‑management skills and ability to work effectively with the dental team.
• Punctuality, reliability and willingness to take responsibility for assigned patients.
