Data Entry Operator – Supply Chain (B2B, APAPA)

About the role

The role involves accurately creating, processing, and posting waybills and invoices, ensuring timely dispatch documentation, precise data entry, and smooth logistics operations in line with the company's quality standards and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Generate waybills and invoices for loaded trucks accurately and within required timelines.
• Capture and process dispatch data, including product SKUs, quantities, and delivery details.
• Verify gate passes and conduct status checks before processing loading documentation.
• Prevent invalid or zero‑value dispatch transactions through diligent verification.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy in all waybill and invoice documentation.
• Prepare and submit operational reports to support efficient delivery and logistics activities.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies related to gate passes, invoicing, and delivery documentation.

Required profile

• Computer literate with strong data‑entry abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good numerical and record‑keeping skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities, able to run a shift.
• Minimum of five O’Level credits including Mathematics and English, with at least two years of relevant experience.
