Customer Support Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Officer to join Zora Communications in Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries, complaints and feedback across multiple channels. The role combines problem‑solving with basic social media content creation to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and social media.
• Log and resolve complaints, providing timely solutions and follow‑up.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant teams.
• Support basic social media engagement and create simple visual content.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support or service.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused, professional attitude.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, email and major social media platforms.
