Customer Support Associate

About the role

LemFi is building a financial ecosystem for the Global South, handling remittances, multi‑currency accounts, savings, eSIMs and credit across 21 countries. As a Customer Support Associate you will be the first point of contact for users, helping them resolve issues quickly and with genuine empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries on transfers, accounts and products via chat, email and other channels.
• Own each case from initial contact through resolution, escalating when necessary and ensuring follow‑up.
• Identify recurring issues, flag patterns to the team lead and suggest root‑cause improvements.
• Utilise AI‑assisted tools and knowledge‑base resources to provide accurate answers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and interaction logs.
• Represent the LemFi brand with clear, jargon‑free communication and a warm tone.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, share feedback and help implement process enhancements.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree (any discipline) or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Zero to two years of work experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Exceptional written and spoken English; fluency in French, Spanish or German is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
