Customer Service Representative – Lagos

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lagos. The role involves handling customer inquiries across multiple channels, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and other channels.
• Receive, process, and monitor customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Follow up on requests and complaints until a satisfactory resolution is achieved.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, orders, and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and policies.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, client‑facing, hospitality, retail, or related roles.
• Excellent verbal communication, patience, and emotional intelligence.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance and customer‑centric attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
