Customer Service Officer – Remote (Contract)

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries across multiple channels. Working fully remotely, you will ensure timely, professional responses and maintain high satisfaction levels while supporting internal teams with valuable feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social platforms.
• Handle complaints and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Provide clear product and service information to customers.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold service standards.
• Support internal teams with customer‑related insights and feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Officer or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Active LinkedIn account required.
• Good computer skills; familiarity with CRM or support tools is a plus.
• Strong time‑management and organizational capabilities.
