Customer Service Officer – Front Desk & Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Officer to join our team in Lagos. The role involves greeting visitors, handling inbound and outbound communications, and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests at the front desk.
• Answer and place customer calls professionally, handling inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services and follow up with leads and existing customers.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly or escalate when necessary.
• Schedule appointments and direct visitors to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and front‑desk activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of requests.
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, reception or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional appearance and a customer‑first attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good computer literacy and ability to multitask under pressure.
