Customer Care Representative

About the role

The Customer Care Representative will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries across online, phone and face‑to‑face channels. Based in Lagos, you will ensure customers receive accurate information about our T‑shirt products, services and policies while supporting smooth order processing. You will work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multiple channels.
• Provide accurate details on products, services and company policies.
• Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Process orders, returns, requests and other service transactions accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, inquiries and resolutions.
• Build and sustain positive customer relationships through excellent service and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and a seamless experience.
• Adhere to company policies, service standards and performance targets while contributing to process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, retail or sales.
• Residence within or around the Yaba/Ojuelegba area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work independently and meet sales goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google tools for data collection.
