Corporate Services Manager, North

About the role

Responsible for all facilities‑based activity in the northern region, leading the development, implementation and monitoring of a sustainable corporate services framework. The role covers office, residential and guest‑house facilities, canteen operations, property maintenance, furnishing and housekeeping, as well as immigration, travel and visa oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual corporate services agenda aligned with business needs and flexible to change.
• Manage the regional property portfolio, including offices, residential units, guest houses and canteen facilities.
• Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor service level agreements and key performance indicators, reporting performance to the Head of Corporate Services.
• Ensure health and safety compliance, housekeeping standards and waste management across all facilities.
• Prepare and control the department budget, including canteen SLA and cost management.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in a large organization handling facilities, property or corporate services.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; professional certification in Facilities Management is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management, building/construction industry and document storage policies.
