About the role
We are looking for a Content Moderation Specialist to join a global team dedicated to creating a safer online experience. The role is fully remote and focuses on reviewing user‑generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review and moderate user‑generated content for alignment with policies, guidelines, and legal standards.
- Identify and flag inappropriate, harmful, or non‑compliant material such as hate speech, fraud, and misinformation.
- Apply moderation policies consistently while maintaining high productivity and quality.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to senior teams for further review.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Required profile
- Previous experience in content moderation, trust and safety, compliance, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to assess sensitive content objectively.
- Good understanding of cultural nuances that affect online interactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting productivity targets.
