Content Marketing Associate

About the role

Crown Interactive is looking for a Content Marketing Associate to help shape its brand voice and amplify its digital presence. You will work closely with design, product and marketing teams to turn technical concepts into clear, engaging stories that resonate with clients, partners and industry stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Research, write and edit high‑quality content such as blog articles, thought‑leadership pieces, reports, case studies and newsletters.
• Develop and execute the content calendar in line with marketing campaigns.
• Translate complex industry or organisational information into clear, accessible copy.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all written materials.
• Support continuous improvement of the company website, including writing and optimising landing pages, service/product pages and resource pages.
• Ensure website content is SEO‑friendly and user‑focused.
• Build and maintain a centralised content library, organising articles, reports, insights and other resources.
• Identify opportunities to repurpose existing materials into new formats.

Required profile

• Demonstrable portfolio of published long‑form articles, website copy or brand communications.
• Strong command of written English with excellent grammar, clarity and editing skills.
• Experience writing for digital platforms including websites, blogs and social media.
• Ability to simplify complex technology or digital solutions into engaging, easy‑to‑understand content.
• Strong attention to detail and solid organisational skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with SEO principles and their application to content creation.
